When adding questions on Extempore there are 3 Media Options.

Upload - existing video, audio, or image (mp3, mp4, jpeg, png, or GIF)
Video - record an authentic video prompt of yourself
Audio - record an authentic audio prompt of yourself

How to include an Image and Audio in one question? There are two ways to incorporate an Audio file with a question that already has an Image Uploaded.

Upload an existing audio file after the image has been uploaded.
Record an authentic Audio after the image has been uploaded.
