Rubric Reports by Criteria

Viewing rubric reports from Extempore interface or export by criteria for teachers and admins.

Within the Extempore interface, teachers and admins will have the ability to view the high and low criteria per question. The admins will have the additional ability to view the same breakdown by teacher within the district.

Locating Rubric Reports in Extempore

  1. Click Rubrics in the top menu.

  2. Find the rubric you would like to view reports for.

  3. Click the rubric name (or the blue hyperlinked question count)

Navigate to the Questions tab from within the rubric to view a report on high-to-low criteria.


Understanding the submissions column and color coding.

From the rubric report, you will see a column named Submissions. This column allows teachers or admins to quickly determine how many submissions have been graded, how many have been assigned but not submitted, and how many have been submitted but not yet graded.

  • Blue = Graded Submissions

  • Yellow = Submitted and Not Graded

  • Grey = Assigned and Not Submitted


Downloading a full report by criteria score

To view a breakdown across all rubric criteria per student, you can download the full CSV report in one of two ways:

  1. From the Primary Rubrics list, click on the Export by Criteria icon to export the CSV file.

  2. From the Questions tab within any rubric, teachers or admins can click the button to download the full report.
