Sometimes on Extempore you may have to submit a response via a screen recording. There are few things to be aware of when submitting this type of response. Learn more below.
Responding to a Screen Recording Prompt on Extempore
Within an assessment on Extempore, you will see the question tile with the icon below. This indicates that the response requires a screen recording.
Immediately upon beginning the assessment, a popup will appear asking you which part of your screen you want to share. Choose either a tab, window, or your entire screen, then click share.
Note: even upon clicking share in this popup window, your response has not begun to record yet. YOU MUST CLICK RECORD WITHIN THE EXTEMPORE PAGE, AND THEN THE RECORDING WILL BEGIN.
Click record to begin the recording, and submit your attempt once done.
