Remember to edit the assessment timeline so it’s active and available for students who still need to complete the task. |
Click View Rooms to see that the students who completed the assessment are now marked as participated. If any students previously marked as absent need to make up the assessment, simply use the toggles to mark them present, then click Continue to Room Assignment.
Click Add Room as needed, then move students to the desired room. Students who have already participated will display in a locked room and will be excluded from participating.
If only one student is making up the assessment and thus has no partner, direct them to the room alone and join from your device to complete the conversation with the student.
Click Continue to Monitor and direct students to begin the assessment.
