Share an Assessment
Follow the steps below:
Open a class, then locate the assessment you want to share. Click the airplane icon
for the desired assessment. 
Click to copy the assessment sharing link. Share the link with a colleague who can then import the assessment into their own Extempore instructor account.
Share a Class
Why would I want to share an entire class?
Imagine your colleagues love the assessments you made for French II, and it's easier to share the entire set of assessments as a class rather than sharing them assessment by assessment. The recipient will not have access to your class; they will simply receive a duplicate of its contents.
Follow the steps below:
Locate the class you want to share. Click the airplane icon
for the desired class.
Copy the Send to Colleague link. Email it to your colleague. They will be able to import the class into their own Extempore instructor account.
