The primary reason to take these steps would be if a teacher accidentally did not allow all permissions when connecting the Google Classroom Integration to Extempore which can lead to issues with students connecting to the class, assignments, or grades syncing.

By taking the steps below, you will be able to detach your Google account from Extempore and re-establish the connection with the option to allow all permissions.

Please re-sync Extempore and Google Classroom after completing the steps to disconnect.

Step 1: Go to your Chrome Security Settings > Your Connections to Third-party apps & Services > See all connections

Step 2: Locate Extempore > Scroll to the bottom of the page > click 'Delete all connections you have with Extempore' > Click Confirm on the pop-up.

Step 3: On Extempore > 'Sync with Google Classroom' > Allow all 4 permissions.

* Even if you will not be using Google Classroom, all 4 permissions must be allowed.
