Please follow the steps below to clear your cache on Google Chrome.

Clearing your browser cache can resolve issues caused by outdated or corrupted files. When websites store cached data, this can occasionally lead to problems such as incomplete content loading or access errors. By clearing the cache, you ensure that your browser downloads the latest site data, which often resolves these issues.

How to Delete Browsing Data in Chrome

  1. Click the Settings menu (three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window).

  2. Go to Privacy and Security, then select Delete browsing data.

    • The Delete browsing data settings will open, allowing you to choose a Time range and the types of data to delete.

  3. Set the Time range to All time.

    • Ensure Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected.

4. Click Delete data.

5. Close and re-open Chrome to apply the changes.

  • Windows users: Make sure Chrome is fully closed.

  • Mac users: Select Quit from the Chrome menu in the top bar (do not just close the window).
