Creating a New Saved Rubric
Step 1: Create a new assessment. Click on "Show all parameters"
Step 2: Select "Yes" for "I will provide a numeric score"
Step 3: Create your rubric by naming adding criterion, assigning point values, and adding descriptions. When you are finished, click "Save this Rubric."
You will be prompted to give your rubric a name.
After clicking "Save" your rubric will be available on all future assessments.
Access a Saved Rubric
Step 1: Create an assessment. Click "Show all parameters" and select "Yes" for "I will provide a numeric score."
Step 2: Click the drop-down menu under "Choose a saved rubric..."
You will see a list of all your saved rubrics. Once you select the desired rubric, the saved criterion and descriptions will load into the rubric.
Once you've created and saved your rubric, you can always go back to edit and make changes or delete the rubric.
Step 1: Select the rubric you would like to edit or delete.
Step 2: Click the "edit" icon to make changes or click the "trash" icon to delete your rubric.
Note: Please remember to click save once you've made the changes.
