Low Power Mode

Please check that you don't have "Low Power Mode" enabled on your mobile device. Low Power Mode will prevent your video from playing.

Using WiFi?

If you're using the Extempore mobile app and connected to your WiFi. Please try turning off your WiFi and connect with your cellular service.

How to troubleshoot:

  1. Restart your device
  2. Close and reopen Extempore
